3. Guarantor Information

Both guarantors must be active, approved members of the cooperative in good standing. Enter each guarantor's full name plus at least one identifier (Member ID, IPPIS Number, or Staff ID) — we'll verify their details automatically as soon as you finish typing. An approval request will be sent to each guarantor's dashboard upon submission.
